Traction Solutions LTD (Company No. 17075841) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, providing contract HGV Class 1 driver services across the United Kingdom.

2. Our services

Traction Solutions LTD provides contract HGV Class 1 driving services including:

• General haulage and trunking operations
• Steel and heavy load transport
• Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) operations
• ADR hazardous materials transport
• ADR waste transport

All drivers provided by Traction Solutions LTD hold valid Class 1 HGV licences, Driver CPC certification and relevant ADR qualifications where required.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A contract for driver services is only formed when we have explicitly confirmed acceptance of your booking in writing or by telephone.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion. All bookings are subject to driver availability.

By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to request driver services on behalf of your organisation.

4. Conduct and acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Submit false or misleading enquiries
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or unlawful content

5. Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Traction Solutions LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on information contained within it.
